Congress App #

A critical resource for all attendees that includes program information, partner and exhibition listings and peer to peer connectivity.

Delegate lanyards #

As the Delegate Lanyard partner your branding will have a high onsite visibility during the Congress and Exhibition.

  • Logo on the congress lanyards (artwork to be supplied, final design to be approved by organizing committee)
  • Inclusion of one (1) congress app advertisement
  • Acknowledgement as delegate lanyards partner on the congress website

Exhibition lounge #

Dedicated area in the exhibition floor plan to facilitate a significant brand presence for a partner. The partner’s integration into the lounge space and experience for delegates can be customised as an advertising or activation space linked to an existing campaign.

  • Partner logo integrated into a designed lounge space. Discretion on final lounge build and budget with congress committee
  • Partner logo against all mentions of the exhibition lounge, including on the exhibition floor plan
  • Acknowledgement as exhibition lounge partner
  • Partner can provide giveaways or activation incentives in the lounge at cost to the sponsor

Exhibition seating #

An exclusive partnership to brand all walkway seating featuring in the exhibition aisleways. Six seats with product and or brand advertising will be placed in convenient places in the exhibition, making this a functional and highly visible advertising option.

  • Partner logo, and/or product promotional advertisement integrated into seat design (artwork supplied by sponsor and subject to specifications)
  • Product advertisements must be only for products registered in Australia
  • Six placements within the exhibition

Social media wall #

An interactive social media wall will feature in a prominent foyer area of the congress. Secure a brand alignment with the conversation happening at AO ORL-HNS 2023.

Decal advertisement (1x in exhibition) #

At a limited number of high-traffic locations around the exhibition floor, partner decals can be purchased to showcase your brand, advertising, or a message to promote booth visitation.

  • One 1.5m x 1.5m decal on the exhibition intersection of your choosing. Congress secretariat to approve location
  • Partner to supply artwork to specification

Prof Sarah Wise

Emory University School of Medicine

Sarah K. Wise, MD, MSCR is Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the Emory Otolaryngology Residency Program Director, Rhinology Fellowship Director, and Director of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Wise completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, residency at Emory University and rhinology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Wise has served on the Board of Directors of the American Rhinologic Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She will become President of the American Rhinologic Society in September 2022, serving as the Society’s first female president. Her clinical interests include inflammatory rhinology, otolaryngic allergy, relationship of allergy and chronic rhinosinusitis, and cerebrospinal fluid leaks. Dr. Wise lectures nationally and internationally. Her most notable publication is the International Consensus Statement on Allergy and Rhinology: Allergic Rhinitis, where she served as first author/primary editor.
