The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) has a range of services on offer for Exhibitors/Sponsors to arrange as part of their Exhibition space. Everything you need to order at BCEC can be found placed via a direct booking. We strongly recommend you read this site for detailed information on the services available, safety requirements or policies, and general information to help you. It is important you share this information with your stand builders as well.
Visit the exhibitor services portal to access booking and exhibitor services forms including stand cleaning, utility services and beverage requirements, technology, and safety. Note that BCEC has sole catering rights in all areas of the BCEC, including on-stand catering. Exhibitors can pre-order food and beverage services for their stands using the appropriate online BCEC order form.
