The Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery is excited and proud to be hosting the 15th Asia-Oceania ORL-HNS Congress at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in March 2023 in conjunction with the Asia-Oceania Association of Oto-Rhino-Laryngological Societies.
With this congress being the next iteration of the quadrennial Asia-Oceania Association Congress after Hyderabad in 2019, in conjunction with the Australian Society’s 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting, we are expecting a fantastic confluence of national and international attendees, and a truly regional congress experience in terms of both the education and collegial networking.
The 15th Asia-Oceania ORL-HNS Congress 2023 theme is “Reaching Out – Maximising regional cooperation and resources to advance patient care”, and with expectations of 1,200 attendees, we hope that this congress will creating a lasting legacy for excellence in surgery and collaboration in the field of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery for the region.
The scientific committee will incorporate key educational and scientific content across topics such as Rhinology, Paediatrics, Otology, Head & Neck, sleep/sleep disordered breathing, laryngology, skull base, thyroid/parathyroid, facial plastics, salivary gland, vestibular/neurology, ENT physician, translational research and Indigenous health. The emphasis will be on maximizing regional cooperation to advance healthcare in the region.
